Can I purchase tickets for events through Tonbridge Connect without using a PayPal account?

Yes, a PayPal account is not required. PayPal is simply the system we use to process card payments. At the payment screen, you can select the option to pay using a debit or credit card without creating an account.

Why can’t I see some events when I visit Tonbridge Connect?

Some events, such as PAS events, are restricted to specific members of the community. These events are only visible if you are logged in to your Tonbridge Connect account.

If you are logged in and still cannot see events you expect to access, please contact us. Providing a screenshot of the issue will help us resolve it quickly.


Can I get a refund if I can no longer attend an event I have paid for?

Refunds depend on the event and are often available only up to a specific date, which will be listed in the event details.

We operate waitlists for some events. If we can successfully transfer your place(s) to another attendee, a refund may be offered. Please note that credit notes are not provided.


I’m trying to book tickets, but the next buttons aren’t working.

This issue may occur if certain steps in the booking process are incomplete or incorrect. Common errors include

Selecting more tickets than are available

Leaving mandatory fields (marked with an *) incomplete

Using duplicate details for different guest tickets

Entering numbers (e.g., "1") instead of names (only text is allowed in name fields)

Not selecting an option from the dropdown menu.
