PARENTS' ARTS SOCIETY
What are the criteria for joining the Parents’ Arts Society (PAS)?
Membership is open to current or former parents. Unfortunately, Old Tonbridgians (OTs) are not eligible to join the PAS.
How do I become a member of the PAS?
Current parents are automatically members for the duration of their son’s time at the school. Once your son leaves Tonbridge School, a membership fee of £125 applies. Membership lasts for five years and covers you and/or your spouse, with the option to renew after this period.
How will I know when my PAS membership expires?
You will receive an email from the Tonbridge Society during the Summer term of the year your membership is due to expire. At this time, you will be given the opportunity to renew.
Can I get a refund if I can no longer attend a PAS event I have paid for?
We operate waitlists for all events. If we can successfully transfer your place(s) to another attendee, a refund will be offered. Please note that credit notes are not provided.
When will the next PAS programme be published?
PAS programmes are published termly for the Michaelmas, Lent, and Summer terms. Typically, the programme goes live at lunchtime on a Monday, approximately six weeks before the start of the new term.
Members receive an email on the preceding Friday with a reminder to ensure their online profile is up to date. If you do not have an online profile (username and password), you will need to register to gain access to PAS events
